With our partners, MTI Australasia, Junior Theatre New Zealand & MTNZ, The Amici Trust is excited to announce a unique opportunity and provide a school that lacks an Arts Programs with the FREE training and materials necessary to present a Broadway Junior™ musical in their school.

 
The goals of the initiative are to:
  • Assist schools that currently have no full time arts specialist in establishing a greater a secure arts culture within the school
  • Build a strong community through the arts that includes the school, parents and members of the community at large
  • Engage as many students as possible in all aspects and areas of the arts
  • Encourage the connection of performing arts programming to curriculum including assessment 
 
The winning school will receive:
  • A FREE license to perform a Broadway Junior™ musical of their choice*
  • A FREE ShowKit® of materials that supplies teachers with all the resources they will need to direct, choreograph and teach music like a true professional
  • FREE Professional development workshop for the schools’ teachers and remote skype huddles and ongoing online assistance.
  • FREE Workshops for the students by leading industry professionals

Schools interested in being part of  A Helping Hand, must fill out an application form in order to be eligible for selection as the winning school for 2017. More details to come soon!
